Alyssa super happy cos her bff's Parents wanna bring them to Legoland.  So she woke up early and look fresh unfortunately is a rainy day! 

It was called off due to poor weather .... Abrielle's Papa called her sister whom is already at JB about the weather it was pouring.  Poor baby ... but she understand and didn't fuss. 

Since Goh is not working so Alyssa will be with him.  Goh brought her to Parkway for meals and bonding time for them!  

The 2 of them really enjoy to the fullest and they even bump into my bosses there haha .... and my blur boss thought I am with them (=_=)"

Thursday - 25 Dec 14

My SIL coming back from holiday so BIL suggest that we go airport for dinner and since I still have a $10 Changi voucher to use I have already wanted to go there to eat or maybe buy some stuffs.  But they love Itacho so much they decided to dine there so we opt out going cos I cannot eat sashimi and their cook food not fantastic so I dun want to go there.

Wanted to go Xin Wang but this little girl smell nice food from Poulet so she asked us to go in and eat!  Little girl had  half chicken with cranberry sauce and Goh had half chicken with button mushroom chardonnay sauce as for me I ordered Pissaladiere De Poulet - oven baked open faced pastry topped with shredded chicken and caramelised Onion jam.   We also ordered sauteed wild mushroom to share as well. 

After having the meal we went to the arrival hall to meet up with my in laws while waiting for SIL to come out .... after they left we went to get Minnie Mouse Plush toy at $3 and this little girl say she wanna play zoomoov ..... since she had a fall yesterday we let her play 3 times which sot $10 hahaha try to make her happy!  She really enjoyed very much! 

Wednesday - 24 Dec 14

Half day of work and we went back home to do some packing and waited for Goh to be back cos he will only off at 3pm.  

After we meet Mabel we headed straight to Coco's place at Seng Kang.  Just nice that the food arrived just before us and the hungry me started with some appetitzer first and attack all the main food cos baby cannot tahan hunger! 

Coco ordered the food from Chili Api Xmas menu which served 15-20pax.  Food was good so glad that there wasn't much food left!  

Fool around with the kiddos before we start MJ on special occasion ..... drinking, eating and chatting all night long.  Had a great time with them cos is been sometimes since we last met!  Merry Xmas all my dear friends!

Made an appointment with Dr Heng at 4pm.  This is the first time I visit her new clinic last time they are located at Bedok just below Princess cinema cos of the rental they shifted out.  


This place is just located at Cassia Crescent is just below my godma's old flats how I wish she have not moved if not I could go up her place to rest haha .... well is a good location for me as well is near my house and office just that not really that accessible as in Bedok. 

First time when I stepped in and I am the only patient this is quite rare cos Dr Heng always have lotsa patient well I think cos of my late timing.  But I do feel comfortable to see some familiar faces there too!  

Dr Heng greeted me and she was happy to see me haha .... and as usual I was asked to do the scanning. Little sac is being seen and she also detected the heart beat, Alyssa so happy to hear that and see the little sac that display on screen. 

I am happy too ... just hope this will be good ..... Dr Heng also mentioned 3 scan to me  

1. Oscar Test - $350
2. Amniocentesis - $1000
3. NIPT - $1300

Because of my age she suggest I do either the 2nd or 3rd cos I think I am on high risk too due to thyroid.  Asked me to think about it and discuss with Goh.  I really hope if I decide what to do the baby will be healthy if not I will terminate the pregnancy.

I was at a lost actually cos the least expect the more surprise you get!  And yes after 7 years I am pregnant again.  Well I actually suspect abit cos I started to cough and when I have Alyssa symptoms was COUGH too!

Due to many disappointed tries I started to buy cheap pregnancy kit hahaha ... but then I have doubt of it cos line is quite faint actually.

But well I broke the news to my MIL and she really happy about it as for Goh and myself we are quite calm this time.  Maybe we really tired of trying then now a surprise is not really that thrilling anymore.

But still I have to see when to see a gynae will be better and I pray everything will be a good one as age is catching up .... maybe "machine" got more problem already.

Well is a gift from god I hope it will be a smooth one for me .... no complication and I will be very happy and as long as he/she is healthy!

Red Hot Chilli Buddy Mookata

I have noticed that this newly opened Mookata Thai Charcoal BBQ shop - Red Hot Chilli Buddy Mookata near my office and just nice my "twinnie sister" Pauline was being invited to the food tasting so Angeline and myself were honored to be with her.

When I stepped into the place I saw the lovely drawn pictures of Mookata on the wall and Thai movie poster was being displayed also caught my attention.  Love the table, chairs and the cement screed wall furnishing, it gives me a nostalgic feel.  

Menu is round in shape and clearly display more than 50 food items and beside ala carte buffet they also provide set meals. We ordered Thai Milk Tea with Pearl and Nata De Coco I feel is too milky for me, hence not to my liking. 

We were given 2 types of chilli sauces. According to the waiter, the one below goes best with the meat and the one on top with the sesame matches with seafood.  Personally I love the one with sesame, the refreshing tangy taste makes me really wanna go for more :P

We started off with a 2-3pax set which consists of Vegetables, Prawn, Chicken Meat, Pork, Beef, Smoked Duck, Fishballs, Meatballs, Crabsticks, Enoki, Thai Fishcakes, Maggie Mee & an Egg.  To start, first we have to latter the pork lard provided to grease the skillet and the surface will get charred later on.  

Traditional Mookata in Thailand uses plain water as the soup base whereas here in Singapore uses flavoured broth and here at Chllibuddy they uses Pork Bone Soup. 

We also tried their house specialty - Thai Fishcake paste.  It was presented as a pipping kind of packaging whereby we have to pipe it either onto the skillet or in soup.  This fishcake so flavourful, love the lemongrass taste of it and texture so smooth that it just simply melt in my mouth leaving the fragrance in between my teeth! 

I love the Smoked Duck and Chicken Cheese Ball.  BBQ Smoked Duck was good. Do not leave it on the skillet too long cos it will turn a bit hard but still good!  Chicken Cheese Ball will have the oozing out effect when bitten, simply love the combination thumbs up! 

I hope they will have more soup choices next time, maybe a tom yum soup will be good too and also considering using butter instead of pork lard.  I will definitely come back for more!

Mad for Garlic - Friday - 30 May 2014

Since is school holiday is more easy to meet up as these girls love dining with Alyssa so we decided to go Mad for Garlic for dinner.  Is my first time trying as I always don't get a chance to go last time when is located at level of Suntec cos I will always ending up eating other things and tends to forget that they are just located there.

Mad for Garlic is a Korean theme Italian restaurant, simply love the garlic decoration outside the shop and wide variety of wines available for ordering!  And there is always a queue whenever I passed by them luckily we did make a reservation.  So reservation is a must if you are going at lunch and dinner peak hours.

We are actually deciding whether to have Dracula Killer or Garlic Bread Tower end up we have Garlic Bread Tower ($12.5) as we do not wish to be too ambitious cos there is still a lot of other food that we would like to try. 

There are 5 of us so we each choose a main course to share so I choose Lobster Pasta ($23.50) a Garlic cream sauce base with lobster meat and fish roe perfect combination good to share cos if you eat too much will feel a bit creamy and will feel abit jek lak. 

Alyssa's choice (we describe to her about the pizza) is actually one of our choice - Garlic Snowing Pizza ($22.50). Sweet garlic pizza topped with shrimps and pineapple.  When it is served they also shave some cheese on it!  Cheese lover will love it! 

Assorted seafood rice ($22.90) - it is cooked with spicy pepper seed and assorted seafood.  A tad oily but is really nice love the spicyness and the fresh seafood!  I love the way they de-shell the body of prawn cos is easy to eat too!

BBQ Range chicken pizza ($21.40) Hot BBQ sauce, vegetables spicy grilled chicken and cheese.  Chucks of chicken can be found love the green that goes well with this combi!  

Gorgonzola Cheese Pizza ($21.40) very unique way to eat this cos you need to dip into honey which is served together with it.  Alyssa simply love it cos of the honey dip happy girl eat alot too! 

After all these we feel that we should go for one more main to share so we ordered seafood pasta (tomato base) The seafood really fresh and sauteed with the original Italian tomato sauce.  Shave cheese also added in the pasta after served!  

We are all happy ladies with happy food.  With Amex card promo we have 25% discount so total we paid only $131.35 good deal!  Overall we love the dining experience, service is prompt as well
