After Berries, we went over to Ikea Tampines cos I promise the little one to bring her there so she can enjoy playing in Ikea not bad idea as Goh and myself can go over Giant and Courts for a walk.  

The little one went enjoying herself while Goh and myself went over to Courts just when we stepped in we saw this ugly gorilla at the entrance .... scary and ugly right don't know why must use gorilla hahha that reminds Goh's childhood period a gorilla hand look alike slide into their room door and throw some marble kind of thing into their room .... this story is told to me by his sis cos Goh is still young inside the sarong sleeping!  Plus his sis was sitting back facing the door and she tried so hard to close the door but still screaming non stop!  Terrible wonder why this happen ...... 

Well while we window shop we saw a lucky draw area and all we need to do is to sign up as free member and we get to spin and win ..... so both of us won something from it.  A big calculator and a portable stool not bad ..... love the stool ... can put inside our car so as and when we need we can use it! 

Genki Sushi - Saturday - 5 Oct 13

After 味香园 we walked over to Chinatown point and my dear Alyssa choose to have Genki Sushi for lunch before going over to Berries for lesson.  

Greeted by friendly waitress and we were shown to our seats immediately and when we were seated the waitress brief us on how to make the ordering through the mini ipad.  

After ordering the food will arrive from the bullet train/car check out the video I posted is really cool!  Alyssa so attracted to it and always wanting to help pick up the food and also to press the button to send the bullet train/car back to the kitchen. 

I also ordered rootbeer float to quench my thirst and Goh ordered green tea it is free flow as you can mix the green tea powder provided on the table to your liking.  Sushi plate comes with Hello Kitty cartoon this attract the little girl as well ..... and after that you could just send the plate by sloting into a plate collection attached to the table. 

We ordered a few sushi, chawanmushi, terriyaki chicken rice and this comes with kid's meal ... overall we spent $30 for the meal.  Worth it! 

味香园 Saturday - 5 Oct 2013

Headed to Chinatown cos I need to get some stuffs from OG and we ended up first at 味香园 without having any meals!  Whenever I walked past I will see long Q so since not much crowd we just went in to look for a seat.  

We were given menu and when decided what to order we have to order and pay at the cashier counter.  And the icy cold, hot dessert will served to you.  I ordered gingko barley this is very smooth and it just melt in my mouth.  Goh opt for durian shaved ice, prestation so nice and tall no complain from Goh and this is whip up fast!  Alyssa go for milk pudding ..... a dessert I will never order cos I don't really like the milk smell and taste.  Baby is baby they love milk stuffs! 

We also shared chee cheong fun .... Alyssa love it very much ... I love lotsa sesame and is soft too ..... I will go back for more cos I am madly in love with the gingko barley!

Children's day now falls on the 1st week of Friday in October hmmmm quite nice too cos is a Friday which means if I take leave I will have long weekend ... not back ya lah.

Woke up early, Alyssa and myself cheong to Leisure Park for shopping cos there is a private Toys'R"us member sale bought alot of toys and quickly headed back after we have quick snack and shopping cos we meeting up Angeline and Jayden.

We go East Coast Polliwogs as the 2 can enjoy the playing time together while Angeline and myself went for a late lunch at Waraku.  I don't really like it cos the service is not very good..... food wise not really fantastic I don't think I will wanna come back again.

The 2 of them play till their heart content ...... and Alyssa sweating all over ...... went back home wash up and she started to play her toys while I cook for dinner. 

Craving for yam so I add into the cabbage rice I cook ..... lucky Alyssa still ok to eat it I still afraid she might not like it though she is not choosy but she can be picky at times! 

Kko Kko Na Ra - Thursday - 3 Oct 2013

Garen say she wanna bring us for dinner and choose to go Kko Kko Na Ra a Korean restaurant which specialising KFC ...... not Kentucky Fried Chicken but Korean Fried Chicken! 

Is located at Tras street ..... just behind Tanjong Pagar Road where there is lotsa of bridal shops around.  When I stepped into the restaurant personally I feel the place seems like some night clubs that I seen on the TV in the 90s!  

Lights is dim ..... and with tall full back benches really looks like one .... maybe because of that they have install a kind of calling system as they might not be able to see us waving at them.  Love the small little tin for us to throw the chicken bones inside .... very neat indeed on table! 

Offering 4 flavours - soy garlic sauce, sweet & spicy, hot & spicy and of cos their original flavour. We ordered combo set ($40) to try.  Then we add on Seafood Noodle ($25) which is serve like a hotpot to share adding on their vegetable pancake ($20) to share among 4 pax also can be very filling! 

Love the original chicken more cos is more crispy and juicy the rest which comes with flavour also not that bad.  Love the seafood noodle spicy and also generous fresh seafood can be found while you scoop up the soup!  Vegetable pancake is nice as well .....love it shall come back for more.  

Our meal cost $114.17 inclusive of GST and service charge.

Thanks to Kok Seng for buying this yummy lunch for us today.  As we are super busy sometimes we are just being held up for buying food and have little time eating.  He told me he bought this from Onan Road but dunno the stall name and promise he will note down next time if he is going over again! 

This chicken cutlet really juicy and not very oily which is really nice fries still ok not too soggy just that the coleslaw is not really fantastic.  

And is Alyssa's day I told her that this Friday there will be no school due to Children's day which falls on the 1st Friday instead of 1st Oct.  Goh will pick her up on Thursday and on Friday I will be bringing her out! Happy baby so excited! 

Tuesday - 1 Oct 2013

After helping Fiona in some of her personal stuffs ... we headed to have a nice dinner at Le Chasseur which I intro to them.

This time with them around we tried new dishes beside ordering those I tried before.  The sotong look so nice and is very q nice to eat!  Pork knuckles smells good and Goh commented very crispy and not too oily!  We tried the otah omelette this one we dun really like the combination a bit weird the rest of the food like claypot rice and chicken wings standard still good!  

Many other food as well so we will be back again to try other ... their curry chicken seems good too!
