                                                        The devils brothersThe long waiting of the wedding for our gang this year - Alfred & Vera's wedding.  We are all excited cos is also another big gathering for us .... the biggest we have is when Edwin & Penny's.  For mine due to the polling day a few can't turn up and my bestie - Penny was having her confinement so not very complete *LOL*

Woke up at 5am cos we are being informed to reach Alfred's parent's shop at 6am we are late only reached there at 6.10pm.  Whole street is so quiet and the shop is not even open .... groom is no where to be seen too ..... we waited for around 20mins and decided to head down to cross junction there for breakfast.  When we reached the cross junction he called and asked we all to go back to tie the ribbon for the car.  Penny & Dearie went back and rest of us head for breakfast and ordered prata for them 15mins later they called and say we are setting off soon so we rushed back.  Waited for another 20mins for nothing .... poor Penny & Dearie didnt get to eat their food even though we packed for them.

Time checked we are late to go fetch the bride ..... when we reached the bride's place is so QUIET too!!!  I never go to a wedding which is QUIET all the way ..... the jie mei are all the bride's sisters no friends is being invited!  No relatives .....

Penny & I went back after we fetched the bride back ..... head home straight to bed .... so tired ..... woke up at around 1pm and I gave a call to Dearie cos they suppose to be "free" at 1.15pm.  He told me that they are not back to the bride's place for tea ceremony yet ..... so much things cock up ....

No choice I have to head down to Penny's place as the MUA is in Penny's place ..... We engage Joey to be our MUA I found her through my multiply contact.  Like her make up ..... and I feel very comfortable with her .... if you need MUA for any occasion you can look for her ..... click here for her blog

3 of us go for natural look cos we dun wanna have any thick make up ..... cos is not our wedding .... love the color she use on me .... and I love the way she do up Huijia hair too .... as for me is a new look for me .... every time I will just go do a temp straightening .... this time I try with some curl .... do I look more mature?

We all set off from Penny's place and reached the restaurant at 6pm sharp (we are told to be there at this  time) .  Guess what? The wedding couple not there yet too ..... we waited till 7pm then we get to see them.  And some guests have already arrived ..... everything is in a mess ..... suddenly Groom told us no need emcee anymore just go without it.  We were all shocked ..... but still Elmo (Shunli) & I went up to be for the night... I went to the bride rest room to look for Vera to see any help ..... well she is still doing up some songs that is left undone.

Time check is at 7.30pm+ everyone seems to be in their own seats by then and they have not finished what they are suppose to do before hand.  So we gather some others to help to make the wedding dinner a good one.

Lucky everything went well ...... and we have a drinking session with the couple after all the guest leave.  Food is not very nice ..... the duck is tough and dry .... nearly got chock eating that *LOL*

Didn't bring TT along this time .... cos we wanna enjoyed ourselves .... she is staying with my in law tonight.  Left the place at 11+pm .... on the way back Penny called and say Vicky is hungry ask if we wanna join them for supper.  We didn't had anything just drinks ..... left Bedok 85 at 1.00am ...... and we have to wake up at 5.00am again ....... cos Dearie is flying off to Taiwan ..... *yawnz* really tired.
