Every year 1st weekend of the lunar seventh month Small Uncle and Small Aunt will ask us over to have lunch at their shop.  They will pray outside of their shop and all of us will go help praying and eating.

This year is also the same the only different is Grandma is no longer around kinda not use to it cos we will go greet her once we are there ..... we greeted her this year too but is in another way but paying respect at the altar.

After that we headed down to help in praying and had lunch together.... I always look forward to small aunt soup cos TT & I love to drink.

Packed some food back so that we can eat for dinner tonight since we are not going back to in law side.  Went back home TT & I went for a nap before waking up to eat again ......

Saturday - 14 Aug 2010

And On Saturday we woke up late so we went over to Katong Village HK cafe to have our brunch.  We ordered lotsa food to share since TT is not feeling well we ordered fish porridge for her as for me I order prawn dumpling soup and Dearie had beef noodle. 

We ordered har gao (dim sum), toast and egg tart to share too .... not really to my liking I think the best is still C Nai HK cafe.  The place is quite old style looking, wall hanging some HK singer's pic which is torn from record and magazine.

After the meal we walk in to I Can Read to check out their courses... they told me I can let TT go for a trial class so we have booked a class for her next Sunday afternoon.

Went over to Giant to buy our groceries and back home to catch the opening of YOG.  After the YOG opening is our TVB marathon again ..... next week I think we will be a bit free cos all official will be at Suntec Conventional Hall for our TKD game ... wish our 4 players from Singapore all the best!

Thurs - Fri - 12 Aug - 13 Aug 2010

These 2 days we have nothing much to update... went back to MIL shop to have dinner on Thursday and went back home to catch up our TVB series .... we are watching real fast cos of the exciting story line.

On Friday is Friday the 13 hahaha not really very superstitious but 宁可信其有 Dearie & I decided to go home early and dun wanna go out and of cos is the Lunar seventh month too so ya laze around at home is the best!

Wednesday - 11 Aug 2010

Went to see Dr Heng today ..... no I am not preggie I am there for my annual pap smear and have little ops there .... remove a small lump at the side of my groin area ... if you remember when I am expecting TT I have this little ops too.

Beside the lump I have infection oso .. therefore my bill came up to $235 after all medication given.  When Dr Heng sees me ... I knew she will asked me why I still havent visit her *LOL*

Told her I want a baby boy ... she say I am fussy hahaha ... but well that is always be my wish one girl one boy!  I am glad that the nurse of her is back working for her .... she is very meticulous and caring .... I like her very much welcome back Kim!

Kim gave me a pamphlet of Fertility Awareness haha inside showing about the hormones, menstrual cycle, Uterus Cervix,, Cervical Fluid information.  And some interesting guide like How to choose a baby sex!  Want a boy what your diet should be and during intercourse how deep you must go *LOL* etc.  Good info and I share with Dearie ... so if our no.2 is a boy ... I guess this works .... hahaha .....

Tuesday - 10 Aug 2010

After we left Ah Ghor house during National Day ... we went back home to rest my dearest Dottie vomited after her milk! 

And the thing is I just came out from my shower and she vomited on the floor, herself and myself and I have to go wash myself up again.  We take her temperature and she is on fever at 38.3 degree so we sponge her and is a sleepless night for me.  This goes on till next day.......




Took half day to bring TT go clinic ... Dearie took childcare leave to look after her while I can go to work in noon .... who knows after we bring her to clinic and on my way to work ... she vomited again.

She is so dirty and the car seat is also dirty I left with no choice but to take another half day but I still go office to pick up some work to work from home.  Poor baby she cannot have milk just milo kosong or glucose for meals it hurts when she is asking and crying for milk.  Super sticky to me when she is sick ... really tired to take care of her when she is sick......

Happen to bump into Pauline, Davis and Baby Nat they have invited us to Ubi for dinner.... she called Ah Ghor and told her that we are joining for dinner.

When I reached there ..... is a table full of food!!! *LOL* Knowing we are hoing over Ah Ghor cook alot and even have TT's Fav fishball Noodle ... Thanks Ah Ghor for doting on TT *LOL*

All of us just spend the evening watching the NDP parade and chit chat ... of cos not forgetting of discussing our get-a-way trip too.  And our forever topic - picnic.  They told me when they are young how they spend the weekend together going East Coast cycling, picnic together hahaha seem so fun.  Now if we are going we have to plan ahead not like what they are last time just one phone everything will be arranged!

MIL strike several times last week of ibet .... a few hundreds very lucky to have strike so much by ibet she decided to give us a good treat!  So I am the one to book for dinner I chosen Minori Jap Rest just opp my ofc. 

Parking is free along the road .... so if you wanna dine there during weekdays do go after 7pm for weekend is free parking throughout the day along the street.  There is a carpark behind the restaurant if you can't get any along the street or drive further up to the Old TKGS campus to have free parking in the hostels :)

Ala carte buffet cost around $33+ per person ...... The restaurant is rather warm with lotsa spotlight making it more worse.... corner of the place have standing fans that help to ventilate the place.

We are all very full after 2 hour of feasting ..... FIL feels that their potion is kinda small even though we ask for more.  But he very stylo he eat losta sashimi!!! 

Went opposite to have ice cream - Little Ice Cream Kafe - is just located next to my office so I get to eat very often especially Wednesday cos is 1 for 1 on Friday is Ice Cream buffet so during evening time there will be more ppl compare to day time they have a branch at AMK hub too.  I love their Kaya Toast but today they dun have it ... some special flavor like Cheng Tng, Lychee, teh tarik is very nice .... their Durian is very good!  Check them out :)
