Took 1/2 day leave and dated Angeline to teach me how to bake pineapple tarts. So met up with her at Heartland Mall for lunch she recommended a newly opened Korean food located at level 2 so we headed for a try.
Not too bad and now I know Angeline dun take kimchi heehee ...... and need to get to know more of you gals's taste too and I know Sam and Pauline dun like butter(sam dun like) cheese too.
Bought the ingredients and headed to Angeline house ...... my virgin baking starts today haha!
Cooking of pineapple is tedious but lucky now we have ready made pineapple but rolling into balls also not an easy job .... back is killing after I finished all the rolling. After that Angeline teaches me the dough ..... is really easy with that I am so excited of baking and at the same time she is baking kuek lapis for her hubby ..... her hubby so fortunate!
For me I am multi-tasking at work ...... and as for Angeline she was multi -tasking at home with baking, cooking and entertaining his son at times! Really take my hats off you really a good sis, mum and wife! She cook dinner for her sis and bro when they are back for dinner.
I have great fun over at her place learning how to bake and of cos thanks for the sumptuous meal you prepared! And of cos have to thanks Yew Ee and Kevin for the ride home! A tired and fun day I have for the day without my 2 bao beis!
