Friday - 13 June 08

Happily went for lunch at the old TKGS campus now have turn the canteen into a hawker centre.  Saw this newly opened Japanese food stall at a corner so I went over to order the tempura sets.....

Arghhhhh ......... a bit regret cos 1st is cook by China people is not that I discriminate them but their cooking is quite bad. Secondly is really not nice loh!  It costs me $6.50 ... really not worth eating that ..... the soup is not warm at all .... sigh .... but already ordered how awful it is I still have to finish it.  The curry is so salty ...... that when I went back offcie I have to take several cups of water .......

Well I shall give them a chance again I wanna try their sushi next time ...... saw some people ate their food but always left over quite alot ..... hmmmmm dun try it if you are a person who are really into good food.

Today Linda came to make up 1 day cos during her notice period she owe the company 1 day.  Lucky she came cos I am alone and have lotsa stuffs to do cos of the various upcoming events.

We always wanted to try a newly open Korean food near our working place but cos of Jo we drop the idea of having cos she is not into trying out other cuisine very oriental hor?  And since she is not here today both of us happily went to the restaurant to feast!

Linda ordered BBQ pork ..... looks good but they dun serve chicken kinda weird right?  Hers come with 6 small side dishes and it taste good!  Well I ordered their seafood fried rice ..... and they miss my order can you imagine ...... there are total 2 of us only when I am ordering the food.  They feel so pai sei and gave me one more plate of salad. 

And is last day working with Linda I gave her a treat ..... will be missing her cos we have so much fun working together ...... glad to have such a good friend!  If it is not because of someone in the management she won't leave ........ I hate that person so much now ...... cos she did something bad behind me too ....... well .... heaven will punish her ... I shall wait and see ...... to think she is a devoted buddhism hahaha ... really wanna laugh!  Never in my life I met such an evil person ...... *sigh* or maybe I am suay bah ...... anyone still have good job to recommend?

Finally ...... I finished collecting the 2008 Euro Doraemon magnets.  This series I didn't really go into madness about it ..... just buy and see .... really never like the 1st time whereby I am so into it!

Thanks to HA and Krist for the help in collecting cos both of them are crazy over it ...... they have lotsa of extra and they give it to me and even bought me the shield!

hehe .... now I have 2 collection at home ....... and TT love seeing at those magnets!

Tuesday - 10 June 08

Was relaxing with dearie and TT watching wrestling together ..... small breeze blowing into our house while we enjoying the rest of our evening.  And when the match which I dun really fancy I carry TT in the room and ask dearie to pass me the laundry bag so that I can fold and keep all the clothings nicely.

As TT is a bit on sleepy side so I on the aircon and both of us are enjoying the aircon .... and I sing to her while folding the clothings suddenly I heard a LOUD "BOOM" .  My 1st thought is OH SHIT dearie fall down?  Quickly ran out of the room and take a look.  All I know is the other room is close with the stopper being "MASHED".

Next thing is my dearie shouting " quick close the window!!!"  the wind is so strong that I can't even open my 2nd bedroom door!!!  hmmmm this is the 1st time I experience such a strong wind .... not long later it started to rain very heavily..... is good cos I love cooling weather ...... hehehe hope that I go Taiwan no heavy rain everyday ... cos i wanna shop till i drop!

                   Hard to see this scene ... cos my hubby seldom change her! hahahaWoke up at around 11+am ... cos my MIL coming to pray to Bed God ..... today is dumpling festival ... to me is just a normal day cos whole year round we can see dumpling almost everywhere, everyday!  MIL told me she couldn't get chicken one for me ... I told her is fine .... dun tired herself just to find that for me I can eat whole year round just get for my husband will do cos he eat PORK kekeke .....

My Parents came over too .... my mum also bought me dumplings ... OMG ... my poor dearie have to eat that all alone hehehe ..... do you know he can eat around 10 dumpling in one shot .... kekeke amazing hor and he still so slim loh .... imagine I eat ... will be double my size liao ..... sigh DONG REN BU DONG size hahahah

Brought my parents to Century Square for dinner.... for Father's Day dinner .... we went Soup Restuarant for dinner.  We ordered the chicken, sweet potato leaves, bean sprout with salted fish and yang zhou fried rice and my dearie ordered the 1 pax soup of the day - LIAN OU soup .  Full house there yesterday lucky we are a bit early so manage to get a table fast.  But the bean sprout came quite late so is very salty eating that alone   the soup my dearie have is very good!  As usual TT fell asleep when we are about to sit down ... till we finished our food she woke up for milk hahaha isnt she lovely?

Reached home at around 8+pm and TT is very active .... my dearie changed her hahaha seldom see that cos he dun really like changing her .... next thing I wanna train him to bathe TT hahaha...... Are you ready for the challenge dear?
TT sat beside me while I am  playing sushido she is looking at the colorful sushi ingredients ..... and when I turn around when I didnt hear any noise from her she is sound asleep .... haha she so cute loh ..... thats my cute little princess ..... hehehe

Woke up real early compare to other weekend cos we are going to Woodlands to collect some clothings from a supplier luckily her place is near Admiralty MRT haha ..... reached there and the sky is very very dark .... so worried TT will be caught in the rain .... we walk very quickly to her place. 

Since we have come so far ... we decided to head to Bukit Timah WTS travel to book our tics!  Took a cab to Bukit Timah Plaza and guess what that Taxi Driver drove us to ..... he drove us to Beauty World!  *faintz* and he told us Beauty World can be connected to Bukit Timah Plaza .... but the next building is Bukit Timah Shopping Centre leh ..... *sigh* and the 2 ku ku us go round to look for the "connected" path to go over there ...... I roughly remember Bukit Timah Plaza is not located there!  Is raining so heavily and we have so much to carry .... we approached a Security Guard then we know where is BTP *sigh* so we took a cab there .... waste my money and my precious time!  Damn it!

Finally reached BTP and we headed straight to WTS travel ..... YES I am going Taipei!! I am so happy and excited!  We have tentatively booked the tics on 1st July 08  now have to wait for them to call me back regarding the tics and rooms availability keep finger crossed.  After booking .... I saw a long queue at a small eatery stall walk up and take a look hmmmm the laksa seems good .... so I joined the Q to buy some kueh to go Penny's place for gathering, chicken pie and laksa.  I find the laksa not bad but dearie say is not thick enuff ... well diff ppl have diff taste .... try it there if you are in BTP.

Went over to Pasir Ris - Edin & Penny's place for lunch gathering .... hahah it really seems like Edwin & Penny Childcare centre hahaha ..........so many children around!!!  Played  1 3/4 MJ game with the gang hahaha .... ok am lucky to have won $30.00 Penny is the most luckiest hahaha she won $110.00!!! hmmmmm preggie lady who is preggy with baby gal have the most luck?  I played with them in Sabah when I am preggie and I won RM300+ hmmmm .. wonder to believe tat..... hehehe ....

Shunli & Yunlong going for dinner so we called up Bird & wife to go dinner together with Weiqi.  We went to this MING ZONG XING HUA for dinner ..... I think is being recommended before on TV - AH GONG AH MA HAO JIE SHAO therefore there is Q!  Waited not long is worth to go .... their fish is nice .... fried mee hoon is nice too .... the bill come up to $117.00 with total of 9 dishes ..... Penny paid for the dinner cos she said she won the MJ most heee ... Thanks Penny for the dinner! 

Wednesday - 4 June 08

After seeing the dentist she told me that I got infection while healing thats why is so painful was giving painkillers and antibotics for one week ..... will be going back to see her again next Wednesday.

Went Clarity Cafe to have my lunch .... after the taking the painkiller I feel much better so I order pasta to eat.  YUMMY! 

Told my Dearie that I won't be cooking or buying any food cos we are going out for supper with Edwin & gang.  Head home straight after work put down all my stuffs and I walk straight into the room and POMP ...... off to la la land ...... I am so tired and sleepy ....

I didn't even know what time TT & dearie came back ....... only I heard her crying then I woke up ...... think she is looking for me cos usually I will welcome them home at the door.  When I take over to carry her she keep quiet already .... hehehe .... tell me how can I dun dote on you my princess!

Edwin came picking us up at 10.15pm and off we go to Quality Hotel for porridge  supper.  The spread is the about the same, Huat & I think is kinda EX for such food - eggs, fishcakes, curry chicken, steam siew mai, steam carrot cake etc...... but for us with babies is good compare to going Bedok 85.  Had a great chat with all .... TT is so excited to see so many people and refuse to continue to sleep after feeding and we reached home around 2am!
